Built for you. Backed for life.

At Classic Shed Builders LLC, we stand behind every building with a Lifetime Warranty that covers your building in full, for 40 years. The expected longevity of our buildings is 40 years with vinyl, metal and LP SmartSide. This warranty is non-transferable.

For most companies, warranties are carefully worded documents designed to legally protect them, not their customers. Instead of following standard industry practices, we decided to take responsibility for the long term, with a true lifetime warranty on all craftsmanship and materials.

Not covered: acts of nature (storms, winds, floods, hail, fire, earthquakes, lightning); normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents or improper site preparation; landscaping, vegetation or anything that is not part of the building's structure. Timber frame pavilions are sold without warranty.
