Our family-owned business started like most plain-community businesses do: apprenticing at an uncle's shop and learning from experienced builders. Over 23 years ago, we started in slowly, building for locals, but quickly saw the need in the Northeast for well-built structures! In the following years, people stood in line to order our buildings. Meeting people and ensuring that every single one of our customers is 100% satisfied has been very rewarding, and continues to be our vision.
Owner Caleb Schlabach and his wife Corrie have six children. We enjoy helping each other design and bring dreams to life!
As a family owned and operated company, our goal is to provide excellent service to every customer in a God-honoring way. We, as well as our team members, adhere to time-proven horse and buggy plain community and core values that are founded on biblical principles. We design, build, and sell, and are always looking for an opportunity to go the second mile for you. We take it very seriously to bring a product to market that we stand behind.
