Shed Removal
If you are replacing an old shed with a Classic shed, we will take care of removing your old shed before your new one is delivered and installed. Leaving the heavy lifting to us.
Site Preparation
A long-lasting and well kept shed starts with a good foundation. We offer preferred gravel site preparation, as well as other options, to create the perfect landing place for your new shed.
Installation
Your shed is delivered and installed the same day by our careful experts. By the end of the day, your shed will be placed exactly to your specifications and ready for use!
Old shed removal

If you are replacing an old shed with a Classic shed, we will take care of removing your old shed before your new one is delivered and installed. There may be a charge of $100 to $300, depending on how dilapidated the old shed is.
Free delivery
Delivered and set exactly where you want it
Free delivery anywhere within 250 miles of Liverpool, PA (excluding NY). Beyond 250 miles, delivery is $5 per mile, one way. Our service area is the entire United States, excluding New York. Our drivers carry a Mule, a maneuverable, forklift-like device that gets your building into tight spots a truck may not be able to go.
Professionally installed stone pad
4" limestone, #1 crusher run, tamped and laser leveled, or a timbered site with treated timbers and landscape fabric. Not available on rent-to-own.
Shed leveling service
At time of delivery or prior, we level with 8" x 16" concrete blocks and treated shims, using special leveling equipment.
Lawn delivery
We place your structure at the exact spot you choose, directly on the lawn. Adjustments to the corners will be needed over time, done by you with levers or jacks.
