Yes. If you are replacing an old shed with a Classic shed, we will take care of removing your old shed before your new one is delivered and installed. There may be a charge of $100 to $300, depending on how dilapidated the old shed is.

Your shed is delivered and installed the same day by our careful experts, placed exactly to your specifications and ready for use.

You get free delivery with only one month's rent down. We offer 60, 48, 36 or 24 month rent-to-own on LP SmartSide and custom vinyl buildings, including garages, starting at $100.93 a month, plus sales tax. Over $15,000, 10% down is required, and the maximum rent-to-own contract is $25,000. You can purchase the building at any time, or cancel the contract by simply returning it. No strings attached.

Your vinyl or LP SmartSide building is covered in full for 40 years. The warranty is non-transferable and does not cover acts of nature, normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper site preparation, or anything that is not part of the building's structure. Timber frame pavilions are sold without warranty.

Yes. Add porches, doors, windows, colors and more. For a modest upcharge, we can use any vinyl brand or color on the market.
